Remote executive assistant for leaders who need strategic support.
I’m Melody, and I work as a strategic right hand for ambitious people.
Think of me as a senior executive assistant who does more than just manage your calendar. I coordinate complex projects, build relationships, and think ahead so you don’t have to.
Does this sound familiar to you?
You’re great at what you do, but you’re buried in everything else.
Projects pile up. Relationships slip through the cracks. Operations feel chaotic. You’re making a thousand tiny decisions that pull you away from your real work.
You don’t need a general virtual assistant (VA) who just follows task-based instructions. You need someone who sees what needs to happen and handles it, without you having to manage them.
That’s what I do. I coordinate projects, manage relationships, build systems, and make things smoother so you can get back to doing what you’re actually good at.
What makes me different.
I’m not a general, nondescript remote assistant.
Lots of VAs focus on basic admin tasks, i.e., data entry, email sorting, travel booking.
I could do that too, when needed, but my real value is strategic…
Here’s what I actually handle:
- Building and maintaining relationships with the people who matter to your work
- Coordinating complex projects with multiple moving parts
- Creating systems that work (without overcomplicating things)
- Anticipating problems before they become fires
- Thinking strategically about what you and the business need next so you don’t have to
The result: Your work runs smoother, you have more headspace, and things actually get done.
In other words, I function as a seasoned executive assistant who makes your life easier – not as someone who adds to your mental load.
Who I work with.
I work with a few people at a time – usually founders, consultants, C-level executives, or anyone juggling multiple high-stakes projects.
What they have in common:
- They’re doing interesting work
- They value someone who thinks strategically, not just executes
- They’re ready to actually delegate (not micromanage)
I’m thoughtful about who I work with because I need to be genuinely excited by what you do, and you need to trust me to handle things. When those things align, it works really well.
Shall we talk?
Here’s how it works:
- Get In Touch → Tell me about your work and what you need
- Conversation → We’ll chat to see if we’re a mutual good fit
- Ready, Set, Go → If it feels right, we get started
No pressure. No hard sell. Just an honest conversation about whether a fractional executive assistant service is right for your business.
Here's what I've been up to, and thinking about, lately...

Once you’ve left the corporate world…
Like a lot of things in this life, the corporate world isn’t for everyone.

Why email coaching?
Introverted? Neurodivergent? English isn’t your first language? Email coaching could be a perfect fit for you.

There’s no such thing as work-life balance
Work-life balance doesn’t work. Instead, think of your life priorities as cake rather than trying to keep everything in balance…

3 critical reasons why the minimum viable process works
Breaking a project down into its simplest form can make it faster and easier to achieve goals. That’s why I’m a big fan of the MVP.

Do you really need to hire a virtual assistant?
There’s nothing wrong with making a VA your first hire, but you need to get clear on how and where they’ll fit into your biz.

Project coach vs. small business coach – which one do you need?
If you need help making a specific change in your business, you have a few options. Here’s how to make the right choice.
